A festive dinner with friends, a lovely evening with the two of you or a a big party: we will gladly arrange banquets up to 200 persons in our rooms. The Buchholz room can accommodate up to 100 persons.
Even though it is obvious that many of our recipes have been inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, we never forget the delicacies, our own region has to offer, like the delicious Sauerländer Knochenschinken (Sauerland-style ham off the bone), which we will cut in wafer thin slices before your eyes, using an original Berkel ham slicing machine. Complemented by robust rustic bread, a Sauerland beer and a corn brandy schnapps, manufactured in a village nearby - the finest indulgence!! But our hotel also offers delicacies that originate from beyond the borders of the Sauerland and it has quite a few culinary highlights in store for you.

Between Christmas and New Year's Eve we offer this year our Flair Menu, consisting of an appetizer, a main course (3 different dishes to choose from) and a dessert. We ask for your understanding that we can not offer an à la carte menu.
