Celebrate in a different manner: whether it concerns a staff outing or a company anniversary, a birthday or summer party - Nieder's BBQ party will surprise your guests. There are four BBQ programmes to chose from. The Flair hotel Nieder team will prepare everything. The BBQ party will be centred around the large swinging grill in the garden of the hotel.

This is what you can expect

Group travel (from 10 persons)
Do you like  country-style?  In that case our "Rustikal" grill is just the thing for you: in addition to a selection of Sauerland sausages - including various types of bratwurst, tasty herbal or wild game sausages - three raw vegetable  salads and roast potatoes, prepared in a huge pan, will be served.  

If you prefer the second type of grill called 'Schlemmer' , the selection of sausages will be replaced by pork neck steaks, chicken drumsticks and meatballs.  This type of grill will also offer raw vegetable salads and roast potatoes.

If you would like to have a bit more, "Lukull" might tickle your palate. Pork neck steaks with sweet pepper, Norwegian salmon, breast of chicken besides Argentinian roastbeef will play the lead.  They will be complemented by homemade raw vegetable and green salads, pickles and BBQ sauces, fresh mushrooms, baguette and baked potatoes.

As the name applies, the fourth grill option "Gourmet" might convince the epicureans. Only the best is good enough: Fillet of beef with red wine thyme sauce, sliced haunch of venision with rosemary,  breast duck fillet besides pike-perch fillet with herbs. If your mouth is watering right now, you might also look forward to the additional dishes, mentioned under "Lukull".
